When talking about the Bible, the term 'version' refers to the particular translation of the Bible in question.

Examples:

• King James' Version (KJV) = Authorised Version (AV) = The version of 1611
• Revised Version (RV) (of 1881)
• Revised Standard Version (RSV)
• New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)
• New International Version (NIV)
• New King James' Version (NKJV)

Other versions of the Bible include:

• New Enlish Bible (NEB)
• Revised Enlish Bible (REB)
• Jerusalem Bible (JB)
• New Jerusalem Bible (NJB)
• Good News Bible (GNB) = Today's English Version (TEV)
• Living Bible (LB)
